St. Paul Lutheran School in Westlake serves children in Preschool- 8th grade, and their families. Celebrating our 160th year, St. Paul has devoted resources, prayers, hard work and love to develop a program that is academically challenging and spiritually enriching. It is also a program that promotes the importance of developing good character. St. Paul is fully accredited and recognized by the state of Ohio. We offer a well-rounded education that teaches the whole child, including art, vocal and instrumental music, technology, Spanish, and interscholastic sports. We have extended care before and after school and

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

The School distributes more than $45,000 in financial assistance each year.

READ-A-THON

158 St. Paul Westlake students participated in a Read-A-Thon where 46,758 minutes of reading were logged and $6,549 was pledged.  Funds were used for a new school camera and playground improvements.

ATHLETIC PROWESS

The Boys Basketball Team finished third in the All-Ohio State Tournament. The team, led by Coach Scott Felten, qualified and participated in the National Junior High School Lutheran Basketball Tournament in
Valparaiso, Indiana. 

The 2017-2018 Girls Volleyball Team finished their year-end tournament in second place. 

The Girl’s basketball Team finished fourth in the All-Ohio State Tournament. 

FORE!

The Annual St. Paul Westlake Golf Outing generated more than $3,700 in 2017-2018.  Since its 2006 inception, the event has raised more than $51,000.

POWER OF THE PEN

Seventh grader Olivia Guggenbiller placed 12th out of more than 360 seventh grade qualifying writers at the PenOhio State Finals Tournament at the College of Wooster on May 25.  Olivia is St. Paul Westlake’s first State Tournament Place winner.
